    Available Positions: 

    Deployment and Support Engineer (Hybrid / Remote) – Medical AI Systems Integration

    As a Deployment and Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration and functioning of our medical AI systems in hospital environments. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient care and streamlining medical workflows through efficient deployment and reliable technical support.

    Required Skills:

    • Experience with networks and communication protocols within the healthcare industry.
    • Expertise in supporting PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) or other medical systems such as HER (Electronic Health Records), RIS (Radiology Information Systems), VNA (Vendor Neutral Archive), and more.
    • In-depth knowledge of healthcare standards and communication protocols, specifically DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine).
    • Proficiency in working with Operating Systems like Windows and Linux, ensuring seamless system integration and administration.
    • Proficiency in Python, enabling efficient automation and scripting tasks.

     

    Clinical Application Specialist(Hybrid / Remote)

    The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) is the primary responsible for product training and application support to our clients, internationally. The CAS is responsible for developing account relationships and support the deployment of trials to support our Sales strategies to acquire new hospitals accounts and our to existing base of business. Additionally, he/she is responsible for product training and application support during web session or hospital on-site sessions, as well as troubleshooting, and coordination of software deployments and of version upgrades for customer sites. The environment you will work in is continuously developing and challenging, giving you the opportunity to work for an innovative and enthusiastic company with a clear strategy. You are ultimately responsible for coordination and deploying corporate resources to support our solutions selling, and to help our customers achieve their objectives, through our product platform and service offerings..

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product training to customers and business partners.
    • Pre-sales product demonstrations online, at congresses and on-site at hospitals.
    • Establishing and managing customer relationships.
    • Supporting educational partnerships with key-opinion leaders and training centers.
    • Setting up documentation for pre or post customer training, such as quick guides presentations, tutorials, turning customer into power-users, etc.
    • Documentation of all customer interactions via our CRM platform.
    • Coordinate remote installation and configuration of software, including on-site visits as necessary in conjunction with the technical team.
    • Keep customers up to date with new releases, features and products available.
    • Provide ongoing customer feedback from your interactions to the development team.
    • Acquire good market knowledge and keeping up-to-date with developments in the field.
    • Maintain superb product prowess and a continuous loop of knowledge with AI4CMR Requirements.

     

    Required Skills:

    • A strong background in cardiac imaging and experience with cardiac MRI is desired.
    • 1-3 years medical industry sales and/or application experience.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to teach.
    • Customer friendly and problem solving oriented, representative and responsible.
    • Committed and showing initiative.
    • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
    • Ability to travel, ~30%.
